the plugs are good there gapped at .035'' and there tight
ive got 16g fmic 450's safc2 ross pistons 8.5:1 bored .030 over

i know when i vented my bov to the out side i did something like that, ran real rich and would cut out at 4k.

.035? There's your problem right there. 4k is approximately peak torque for your set up, or at least approaching it, so it all makes sense (high cylinder pressures). Drop your gap to at least .028 or perhaps as low as .025, problem solved

yes regap plugs first, the more boost you run the larger the chance off spark blowout, id set them to .026 and see if that help your problem, with the tighter gap it may idle a little rough but its a trade off on higher boosted cars
