If you've got oil in the spark plug area it's either a leak of the oil cap gasket or a crack in the valve cover.
If your gasket leaks it's because it needs to be replaced or the cover isn't torqued down properly (you may have stripped threads in the head which could prevent it from sealing).
Run 93 octane and perhaps lower your boost setting.

I would just love to say that everyone in this thread who has spoken has helped me as well. My car was having similar problems. All the info on the fuel and 93 oct gas and such helps me cuz I had no idea lol. Now I do though, so I guess Im not that big of an idiot anymore.........

damn, 17 psi on a 16g and 89 octane? sounds like your asking for all sorts of problems.
