I have a air compressor that i use. A hand pump should work also.

OK well....... Put the wastegate back together and took it out on a little test run. The wastegate seems to be working good now, its holding pretty steady at 10 lbs, except for one 2nd gear pull when it spiked to 13 or so but went right back to 10. Only problems now is that it still isnt idling right after letting off the gas, and at 10psi it felt slow as fuck. i think when the wastegate wasnt working and i kept the boost around 10psi by feathering the throttle it pulled harder. It also seemed like it took a while to get through the RPMs. Thinking maybe its a boost leak but i dont know, ill check later.
