The gas smell is caused by the car running richer due to the air being metered is dumping back out. You also have a shitty bov that will leak once you start running real boost pressures.

15-17lbs is ok. Have you rewired your fuel pump too? If not, it would be a good idea too.

will the BOV hold the 14b at about 17lbs?

I want a greddy recirculating one once I get the money.

so throw on the 14b run 15-17lbs and ride out on stock injectors, tune and rewire fuel pump should be okay for a few months until I can get a AFC or another way of tuning the car?

will my BOV fuck any of this up?

will I get boost creep with my 3inch turbo back exhaust?

sorry for all the questions.. but do you think with the mods I'm throwing on 270whp is possible?

Manifolds rarely have anything to do with creep. You have a 14b, you wont have to worry about creep. Creep will start in the turbine housing around the wastegate port and with the o2housing.

No.

You can see creep with a 3" turbo back and a 14b, but be patient and you won't have to worry about this sh*t.

IMO i would not advise to run that high of a boost level. just wait until you have all of the proper instruments to tune the car, and then proceed with the rest of the steps. and if you are trying to make any power out of the 14b you need bigger injectors. like some 550's or evo8 560's which are normally cheaper.

Port that 2G o2 sensor housing while ya got it apart, that way ya have some added assurance against the chance of boost creep when ya get it back together.
