I didnt buy that stuff thats how it was set up at my purchase

and its at 18psi

 

Oh. You really need an aftermarket fuel pump and injectors if you don't have them already. Walbro 190 and 650's would be enough for that setup. Add some sort of tuning device- an SAFC at the minimum. Should see high 200 whp on that, 280-290 range on pump.
