Default is a t25 completely useless?

I was thinking of just running downpipe/testpipe/ through my current catback..

boost controller and up it to about 15-16lbs of boost..

is this worthless? should I just wait for a 14b or a 16g?

I'm REALLY short on cash right now.. and I just want some more get up and go then what it currently has now..

Around 17-20 psi your t25 will pull good while it lasts. On all the cars ive seen it only lasted about 3 weeks before puking.I would save it and try to get some money for it once you upgrade instead of killing it.A 14b or 16g tuned 2g will surprise you for money spent instead of maxing the t2 small.

I dont got alot of $$$$ at the moment..

I'm just saying would it be worth turning it up to 15-16 lbs of boost? I wont push it at 17-20..

Leave it on stock boost till you have the money to upgrade. You really don't want to push that turbo... it will go on you really fast and then your stuck. Don't go with a 14b... if you do find a rebuild one. Most I've seen has shaft play, smokes, etc. Just buy a new 16g... then you wouldn't be swapping used turbo's all the time.

im in a gst with a turd25 and i blew it up on stock boost. you can raise the boost alittle but its not gonna be too noticeable. so if you want a noticable gain dont waste your time or it will blow apart and hopfully when it does it doesnt send any part of the turbo into the motor
