cc you obviously did not read my post. I showed real world facts for you from several other people that you could easily pick up the phone and call and ask to see if i am wrong. I know there are about 5 people from nabr on dsmtuners and they are on there to try to help people like you and your nutsack sidekick. Why don't you ask this question on there and see what kind of response you would get from them. I would post the same question on nabr but #1 you cant read it since you are not a member there(posts like this are proof why) and #2 I'd probably get banned for asking something so asinine.
Let me help you out CC. You do NOT have to use the water coolant lines. I know this for a fact, I know DSM's and I am probably more credible then anyone you will find on dsmTARDS/TOONERS other then the other nabr people who are on there. Save yourself the trouble and when I put in my advice take it for what it is and if you want to speak yours, prove your facts like I have.
Thanks and please enjoy mitsu forums

The source can't always be determined, and there aren't always right or wrong answers. Fortunately, from reading this thread, an educated user should be able to decide for him or herself.

There is a right and wrong answer and that is as I posted.
Water lines will never hurt if you use them but they are not needed.
I have a evo16g on my Galant and I have the water line hooked up.
The only reason I am using them is because it was easier to just bolt them on then remove all the water lines.

Sorry, 4drwhore. I should have trusted you and SlowBoost based solely on your avatars. You look like you're on drugs and he has a pic of a guy with a nail through his lip. Very reassuring--I should have ran to my garage and removed my water lines as soon as I read your first post.
Now THAT is misinformation. "Water lines will never hurt if you use them, but they are not needed if you allow your car to run under vacuum for (insert random, unscientific period of time here) or if you have a turbo timer set to (insert same random, unscientific period of time here)."
My water lines will remain intact, and I caution readers of this thread to blindly follow people who claim to be experts and/or have suspiciously disturbing avatars. Have fun wasting gas at $2.50 a gallon letting the oil in your turbo cool down.

Yes, always judge people by their avatars. If i ever see you, ill rip your head off and let my dog fuck the shit out your skull.
Do what you want, no one ever told you to rip your lines off, and most people do not take them out to just take them out. Its either they simply arent there and since they are not needed they dont want to waste their time with it, or they are damaged and removed. Having a watercooled turbo does not change the fact that you should let all turbos cool down, no matter your method. Id rather spend a measily couple of dollars and let it idle so that the oil in my turbo doesnt cake up and then actually cause turbo failure due to being ignorant. You will be one the few who if removed the water lines, will actually see damage from it. It has been said many times, they arent needed, just like venting to atmosphere, it is not needed. If you choose to run less than 91 in your car, that further proves what I think of you and you should keep the lines on your car. If coolant lines are not needed, how would that be better? A bigger intercooler has nothing to do with waterlines either, since that air has already gone and left the turbo. Turbo timers are not needed, if you simply just drive easy for that last minute or two before you shut it down, they are an option though. But since you judge people by their avatars and not what has been said, this will just drip out like everything else has.

PS I just read the rest of your post, and you obviously didn't understand any of the compound sentences or comparisons in my earlier posts...
Oh. Sorry. I just read the rest of your post. You don't understand compound sentences. You completely missed my comparisons. I don't run 91 octane. The mention of a fmic was an analogy. Go back to school. Or have 4drwhore explain my posts for you, since he at least responds intelligently.

No, ive been up since 6:30 am yesterday. I understand your posts clearly, and im sure you do. I said all that in a generalized statement. Sorry im twisted and have mental problems and cant make a compound sentance because all day retarded stupid fucking people make shit way too complicated then simply....water lines are not NEEDED. End of story. Keep judging people by their covers, its funny how I stopped taking highschool classes and moved on to college courses in 8th grade. Judging avatars seems to have got you far, except you must have left your sense of humor along with other things back in your mothers pussy. I know the what the intercooler thing was meant to be, adding water or methanol to an intercooler charge lowers intake temps much like a bigger core can do. Like I said, it has been a very long day for me.
