go to an upholstery shop, and get an ass of headliner material
rop off hte old material
use 3M adhesive spray, and start from one end, and slowly spray the glue and lay the material down, making sure its even
its an hour job
the only hard part is getting the headlner out

There are headliner shops everywhere in Tampa. Most car stereo shops will do them too. Last time a buddy had one done it was $35 or $45 out the door. I think the place was on Highway 60 towards Brandon.

Be careful when you pull the plastic push-pins that hold the headliner up. The headliner is soft, thin foam and rips easily.
