Im sorry, but I find this kinda ironic about a t28 being laggy, your just used to those tiny little pinwheel t25 that spool at 400 rpms, you should upgrade to the t28 and enjoy your newfound power you will have, port your manifold and housing so you will have some quicker spools and youll be plenty happy.
