I hate the understeer currently present in my car, I'd love to go with one of those diffs. The only problem is that they're fairly expensive . Understeer is no fun- if my car were just on the other side of the balance, biased a bit toward oversteer, it would make a world of difference in the fun factor. I'm going to try to get there with suspension setup and a front lsd.

Front LSD makes a car push. Not what you want
How much are these diffs. and what options are aval. 30/70 would be real nice.

pull, LoL got it confused.

I wouldnt want to go full RWD on mine just because I like the pull of awd, but i need more slippage of the rear.

how exspensive is that kit you were talking about?

Understeer is a loss of traction up front- shouldn't an LSD increase front grip and help balance the car out more? That's the impression I got when I was reading about them.

Well if you have an LSD in the front both tires are going to be spinning in a corner whats going to be steering the car? I would leave a open diff. so at least one wheel isnt spinning to help steer the car. Its better to have an good diff in the rear. .02

i dont know why people keep trying to reinvent the wheel... making a RWD T/E/L is kinda defeating the purpose... plus the fact that the dinky little rear end and shoddily mounted rear subframe are trying to move a 3000+lb car is a recipe for disaster... just like whatshisname said when he broke a driveshaft, some rear ends and some axles.

if you want a 4G63+RWD that freakin bad... buy a starion or a Mighty Max, drop the G63 in it and call it a day. the starion is a fine platform to drift, but the front steering system is kinda crude and leaves a little to be desired.

i actually plan on installed a G63 into an FC3S NA Sport chassis but i dont know what tranny im going to use. id like to use a toyota/Aisin R154, but id have to see about getting/making a bellhousing first. since ive got 3 friends who can TIG... it may not be as hard as it would seem.

a 450hp G63+R154+FC3S chassis = 11 second ET's
