first run 15.2 @ 95 mph
Second Run 34.3 - Slipped the cluch the whole way down the track
Third run 15.4 @ 93

I think i really need to either adjust my cluch or get an act 2100 cause my launch is what is killing my times.

The sad thing is you did better than me...

Looking at those times they dont seem at all too bad. With more practice you should easily be in the 14s, as for me, lets not go there...

Seriously... how much time is having a bad stock clutch vs. a brand new stock clutch vs. an aftermarket upgraded clutch gonna affect 1/4 mile times??? I'm dead serious... no need to get flamed just wanna know how much of a prob it is to have an older clutch or better yet... with mods how do you know when u need an upgraded clutch??

if the clutch slips ,all of your power will not make it to the ground ,if it slips real bad its like take your car out of gear and revin it up

Real simple a aftermarket clutch/pressure can hold more power to the ground than a stock one. The more power you can get to the wheels the faster the car. Now on a bone stock car that isnt making very much power, a upgraded clutch/pressure plate wont make a big difference. If you are making more power than the clutch set up you currently have in the car can put to the ground with out slipping than its time to upgrade.
