Well... on the plus side... i think aaron was running liek 16 or 17 PSI when he ran his mid 14's... so yea i say up the boost a lil maybe even like 14-15 PSI... and see how the times are and GET A FMIC... set some ice on it in between runs to cool it off and not get heatsoak... ur def capable of high 13's matt and RJ... both of you... 4wd... c'mon ur gonna be kicking some ass next time out...

Hell i'll even go with next time so you guys can get some good laughs in...

FIrst of all i was running 15 psi, when i ran the 14.5. my 60 ft time was 2.5 which is why i think that you guys were having problems,. you're launch. I was trapping consistant 97-98 mph. I wont run the boost higher until i get some fuel up's and an fmic. Those are far off though, gotta fix b4 upgrading .

Second of all... throwing a bag of ice on your engine doesnt sound like a good idea to me... uhhh lets see 1000 degrees then popping cold shit on top. Sounds like you want to crack your head. Please flame me if this is completely not possible in anyway.

Yes, I've seen people do that at the track but i didn't think it was a good idea. Much less i don't think there could be much of a gain. I suggest just getting that launch down. I estimated you only being able to trap 95 max. But you should have like good 1.8 60 foots. I think.... Again... flame me if im wrong.

Every time u guys ran i smelled crisp clutch in the air.I trapped 93 in the auto when i ran it and ran identical (15.3) with a 2.5 60ft.With a better launch and clutch u guys should be in the 12's easily.

aaron... you put a bag of ice on the IC to cool the IC down because all the hot gases flowing through that the IC has to cool down... thats what gabe was talking bout... heatsoak... the ice is use to cool down the IC and less heatsoak.... and no it's not gonna make ur engine go all nutz on you...

if you put ice on your head, i have no idea what your doing...cooling the lifters? ice is meant for the intake manifold and intercooler. things that get heatsoaked easily while under boost. AWD cars are capable of 1.7's in stockish form, 1G AWD bone stock w/ 16psi and modified exhaust.
