Default estimated hp increase

I have a 2g. I am installing a 14b. What would you say hp increase would be. I have K&N and Thermal RnD Turbo back exhaust. What kinda increase would i get from t25 running 12 psi, to 14b running 16??/ Any educated guesses?

Thanks.

alot of it has to do with tuning and your supporting mods. A correctly turned DSM with a 14B could put down in the area of 270. With just exhaust and a filter your probably looking in the 220whp area if that. Get an SAFC, possibly a larger fuel pump and data logger. Keep a steady eye on knock and timing. Remember HP isnt just about a bigger turbo
