I have a turbo'd 2GNT. Contrary to what every one is saying you can run stock 235cc injectors with the turbo kit, you're just limited to about 9 psi. You'll need a Vortech or similar FMU that raises the fuel pressure according to boost. You'll also need a Walbro 255 lph hi- psi fuel pump. Then you need to buy a FCD such as a Missing Link or a VC1. After that it's just bolting up the turbo, manifold and downpipe along with a oil feed and drain line.

here, this oughta knock some sense into your head

In case you dont know what that means, its the amount of BHP that each single injector can SAFELY support at a given FP. the first equation is for 43.5 PSI, the second equation is if your FP was bumped to 50psi. so multiply the amount of HP safely supported by each injector, by how ever many injectors you have total (4, unless you have an AIC, which i doubt you do)

36.58HP x 4injectors = 146.32 BHP
39.17HP x 4injectors = 156.68 BHP

pretty sad huh? its pretty simple, you cant make the powerif you dont have the fuel. what are you gonna race with... hopes and dreams?

even if you ran 100% DC, your 235's could only support 45.72BHP each...

45.72BHP x 4 injectors = 182.88 BHP total.
48.96BHP x 4 injectors = 195.84 BHP total, if fuel pressure was 50 psi.

but anything higher than 80% duty cycle, and your injectors are starting to go static, which means they are hanging open for so long, taht they dont ahve any time to recover. this will result in poor and erratic fuel delivery and will damage both your injectors and your engine. pluss, you will not make consistant power.

In all intents and purposes, you will ahve a hard time making any amount of real power w/ those dinky squirt-gun injectors... you need some many style Garden hose injectors like the 450's i have for sale, or even the 550's..
