both injectors on both intakes are red and ovel then there are 2 injector plugs that a gray and ovel and 2 that are red and sqare..

They had to switch them out.. Look at what ecu is in the car first. You will not be able to run any of those 3 ecu's with those injectors if you do not modify the silenoid resistor.. Is there a mechanical Oil metering pump or an electric one on the front?? And does your Throttle body have 1 or 2 TPS's? I'm betting on you having anothe s4 ecu in the kicker panel. To be able to run a s5 ecu in an s4 car you have to do some serious body harness modding which is a complete waste of time for the same power. Heres what you need.
Make sure you modify your resistor for the higher IMP injectors (cutting and splicing a couple wires). Use an S4 (single TPS) throttle body (I have one if you need it). A mechanical OilMeteringPump (I have one with the bar linkage)You might have to swap to an s4 front cover, or just run premix. An S4 AFM NOT a round S5 MAF. And one of your n326 ecus. All that stuff should have it running how it's suppose to. The car will run like ass or not at all if you do not have the appropriate electronics for the ecu you are running. And since it is an s4 car (body harness) you won't be able to run an s5 ecu or s5 electronic (OMP, MAF) Rx7club.com has every single one of these issues covered 10x over, you just have to sign up and search.

the OMP is off and we have 2 extra front covers for the car that both have the OMP pump 1 has the bar 1 dont i with the bar has the gear inside the outher dont.
the TB on the car has 2 TPS's and the one that is for the car (im guessing cause it came with the car the car came with a motor taken apart a full motor in the car and a shit load of parts) has 1 TPS..
the car has been rewired i see that but i have no clue why

What has been rewired? Like it has a "custom" harness for the stock motor and ecu? The easiest way I see you getting it running perfect (if the compression of the motor is good) would be to just buy a new *used* non-turbo s4 emissions harness (engine harness ). Swap in the appropriate electronics including a s4 boost sensor (n326 or equivilent) and you can run the s5 intake manifolds with no problems. Basically the only thing you would be using that is from an s5 would be the upper and lower intakes.

Its an s5 but that doesn't really matter. All he needs to do is change the right s4 parts in and it will work fine with the s4 ecu's. Start locating s4 engine electronics, they are practically free their so cheap. if you have 9.7 comp rotors in there it will still run fine even with the 9.4 ecu.
