Couldn't see myself paying that much for a 93 without some proven mods. Just me though.

Car has 104k miles on the odo and is in absolutely mint condition. Whoever owned it before this guy loved the car, it's fairly obvious. I am trying to argue him down to under 5k though.

yeah 5k+ for a 93 with over 100k miles is WAY too much. There are a lot of Miatas out there for a far better deal

There are PLENTY out there. Just search Craigslist and Autotrader. If you need help there are plenty of guys in my group (including myself) that can give you advice and technical assistance.
