why get a 20b if you can put two 12a's or 13b's together ?
you have to buy a custom made e-shaft though.

I could get a whole cosmo for 5-6k shipped, but I don't know if the guy still has it. he rebuilt the motor at the rotary shop in his area about a year ago.

Everyone wants a 20b, heck even i do! but i've never seen an RX7 (or any car) with one in it (in person yeah theres pix on the internet...)
