Default 1st Gen 7 Holley Jet Sizes

Just curious on what jets I should try running on the 7. I have a streetported 12a with the racing beat holley set up. I'm running a 600cfm dbl pumper what are some suggestions for secondary and primaries sizes.

KR$ i know u did some playing around with urs what size jets are u running

I was gonna work on my shit this week but looks like I wil be pulling a 12hr day @ work so fucking with my car is out of the question till this weekend,

Plus my network is still fucked,and now my main comp wont logg to the net...lol

Iam not sure on the double pumper, but for starts do you still have the p0ower valve in?

Iam currently running 73's in the prims and 65's in the secs. I have my power valve plugged so I need to have richer jets. If you have the power valve still in, I think you sre supposed to run 8 sizes leaner? About, give or take. I have heard of someone running all 68's and supposedly ran good?

Lately I have been playing with my idle mix screws and it seems to run better being leaner about 1 turn out. I used to have it 2-2.5, but dont know still playing with it. Iam trying to get out to lakeland fri night, run a few times, I am hoping low 9's with my muffler on?

Nio clue whats in it now i got it from tony's boy chris and he got it from some speed shop supossibly it was on a v8 drag car but i dont know what he was running in it. im going to mess with the carb tomorrow and if i can find out ill let ya know

73s and 60s sound too large to me personally, we got a faster car all the way arouind with 51s and 61 for secondaires in a 630 cfm Holley on a 13B. so I am thinking you could make it scream with maybe 50s all the way around. just try it, jets are cheap as shit. and A&E has all of them.

I cant remember what my shit has,I still have to crack it open and check.WhenI get tiem I will,
I think im around
51=53 primaries
60-62 secondaries

Tony throw some jets in with the spacer around them sizes,Ill see if Gordo with the Drag Datsuns will help you out,

Also e mail me,I will make up you a list of shit to tweak the carb..
