To start off a Mazda-owned facility was built in Flat Rock, MI called the Mazda Motor Manufacturing Corporation. The first vehicle produced was the MX-6 in September of 1987. In June of 1992 the Mazda Motor Manufacturing Plant became AutoAlliance International, which Ford and Mazda owned 50-50.
Mazda is Japans number 5 auto maker which is 33.4% owned by Ford.

It's a regular FS-DE that has an UNITED STATES PORT INSTALLED turbo kit on it.
