$15 a person is perfect.. Florida people are cheap as f*ck when it comes to shows. Back in Texas or many other states i either had or went to car shows it was a minimum of $20 per adult & $15 for kids $25 if you wanted to show...
Big shows to show was double that..
These guys have trophies, track and alot of stuff that has to get paid for unless something is worked out..
Prices are great in my opinion.. As far as the show being rice! Thats just something you will have to expect when its a "CAR SHOW"

Yea i worked NOPI and i think entrance was about if not more than the said price.. HIN was up to almost $60 to register a car..

$15 is a deal if you have a good time, if your night sucks it would have been better spent elsewhere, experience is relative.. to theory of time, a minute off pain is like forever, a day of pleasure is like a second. plain and simple as i have said and posted on lakelands site, that track and staff suck, and def not worth $15. If i was lakeland strip i would try to redeem myself in some type of fashion, cause bad rep will follow, tr will spread like wildfire..

i had fun i didnt run so i didnt have all them problems everybody had waitin but it just sucked tryin to get out of there with people comin in and people tryin to get back in line to run.. way more people than i expected

I think what happen after 8 or 9 shared_pm the people that were coming in were the saturday regulars and it was like the people from the show got pushed aside on the track , The show over all was excellent props to JDM ups , it was the track people who arent part of the JDM ups then was letting all these bikers out of know where and other cars that look like were directed to a certian lane that ran and ran and ran while others waited 2 or three hours and they were part of the show . Plus some spectators didnt want to park on the muddy side so they were trying to park on the show side .
So JDM gets a thumbs up but Lakeland speed track just sucks over all . If you commit to give your track to a show then give it to them and keep out the regulars that night . Thats how the favoritism began because the regulars know the people up stairs and the people on the starting line .

If you don't want to offend, you shouldn't be so rude. If you didn't agree with the outcome that's fine because we all are entitled to our own opinions. I saw the car you are talking about and it was nice as well... There were MANY really nice cars out there...however, maybe the judges were also looking at the rarity of the cars registered for the show. Not many Maximas are outfitted like mine...

Well said sir! You hit it right on the head. We def do our best to accommodate everyone but as Mike said this was a new track for us. We did not know how many of you were going to join us. But my self and all of my staff were very pleased to see the high representation of both cities. We did this event just for Tampa and Orlando, and both cities came out to battle. We thank all of you for the good feedback and bad...this is how we grow. And by staying connected to the street scene and avid racers that have great ideas we are able to give and provide more.
And AEG/TR no worries we have plenty more!

Great show yesterday it was sooo packed! I loved it..about the regulars racing we have been racing there for awhile and i simply went up to the guys and said hey let me through i need to run my beetle and they did..they should be equal to everyone else..and $15 was super cheap, we used to spend over $100 to race in atco and englishtown at a nhra event or any other but great job over all
