Ok first, when ever po pull shit like that, get a lawyer. Obviously to late for that, but you still need to get one. An affadavit doesn't mean shit if you were coerced into signing it, and it sounds to me the only "proof" they have to go on is your confession. Even a halfway decent lawyer should be able to get you off w/ nothing more than community service.

well actually they have my gun and the deer meat as evidence....and i told them the meat was from other deer the year before but they said they would do dna tests and i would be charged however much it is,thats why i just confessed..idk the dude said it is a good possibility that im going to jail but then again since i was cooperative and shit he said hes gonna talk to the state attorney to cut me a break..i guess ill just have to wait and see
