it wouldnt matter if it were hunting season,or if it were a buck...I shot it at NIGHT..which is bigtime illegal

 

i guess if you do something illegal enough times you are bound to get caught or do something like you did.

i'm not trying to be mean, i am just sayin.

 

ya i know..it was stupid,extremely stupid..well idk i guess ill have 6 months to find out exactly how stupid it really was...

maybe they will work something out for you whenever you go to court. when is your court date? maybe they will shorten your jail time and give you probation.....you can only hope.

 

idk i hope so...im sooooo bummed right now because i dont have anywere near $1000 saved up..and jail is gonna suck ass......idk i guess all i can do is pray that the judge is nice enough to give me a break..right now im looking at 1 count of each..1.illegal use of light 2.illegally taking deer out of season 3.discharging a firearm within 500ft of a residence 4.discharging a firearm within 150ft of roadway 5.illegally shooting a deer at night

 

when is your court date and do you know what judge you are gonna have?

 

dont know the date or my judge...my buddy was caught last year riding in the truck that shot a deer...he didnt have anything to do with shooting it he just went along for the ride and he was fined like $800 and a year of probation
