If he signed an affidavit saying what he did, then he told the cops i'm guessing...it's a misdemeanor right? so you might not go to jail, then again i don't know much about poaching laws...i like deer.

 

pretty much had to..they kept saying''we already know the answers to the questions were asking you so were giving you a chance right now to come clean'' wehn they never even you that i was the shooter or that i had even killed the deer until i told them....i just want my gun back so i can shoot myself lol

oh yeah i forgot that he said that he signed an affidavit. cops have a way of getting the truth out of you. i've had them to it to me before. it's the worst feeling ever especially if you don't wanna rat someone out.
