Pictures of a customers car with a no name turbo kit!!! Can you spot the problem?



If you said the wastegate fell off, then you were correct!! Cheap turbo manifolds will not stand up to the test of time. Believe it or not this one was actually braced in two places and still developed cracks, which led to the untimely demise of the wastegate.




The intercooler was to massive for the car as well. This is with a cutout core support and it still hangs below the bumper.


It's Sad because these kind of turbo kits puts people off turbo's. The assume turbos are always leaking oil, cracking manifold, boost spiking, pipes popping off etc etc.
It's your money, Save up and do it right the first time.

We are also currently putting together a Full built S2000 motor for a customer, Here are a few pics!!



This one is Golden Eagle Godzilla Sleeved, with Crower rods and Cp pistons!


Brand New Honda Bearings, those are the only bearings we will use!! OEM BEARINGS FTW!

 

Customer came to us for some mods to his White S2000. We did a Hondata intake manifold gasket, (which we have in stock at all times, for all Honda applications.) This car is practically brand new and very clean.

Here is the Civic we started on yesterday that had wiring & cam timing issues. The car is now wired and setup correctly and runs perfect!


Here we have a customer that came to us for his lighting needs. So we upgraded him to a set of JDM Civic Type R headlights with HID'S (Hi & Low beam). He also had us put on a Hondata Gasket. The car's appearance has completly changed with JDM headlights, looks so much better.

 

The S2000 motor just about finished!!!

This customer had us build and install one of our custom intake manifolds for his turbocharged GSR Motor!!! We removed his old Nitrous setup and cleaned up some wiring!!








We built a custom LHT 3" intake and Carbon Fiber box for this customer!! Looks fantastic!!! He wanted the intake a Satin black for that stealthy look. He will be back soon for us to Ceramic coat his header black also!!

Here is a customer that came to us for a motor swap, one of our LHT Stealthy exhaust's and a few other things!

Here you see his previous boosted setup!!


Some of the things we will be fixing is wiring. Just take a look at the headlight wiring.Plus the cooling fans were hot wired all the time.
We're going to wire them back to stock through the thermal switch and the OEM relay and fuse etc.


Here is the other side, just as nice!! Removed about 20' of wiring and 30 butt connectors and it's getting close.

Here is the old motor, It served him well. Now it's time for something different.
