Maybe we discussed this but i will ask again where will the BOV be mounted ?

The K series is aluminum. Its the Insight pan that has magnesium in it, We have welded many of these this way. The BOV is mounted up front in between the TB and fender.

so that looks so good i hope there well be badges welded to the piping so everyone knows who made the beast also will there be a turbo shield for heat like i have seen before on K20 turbos and were that nice LHTperfromance Logo across the inter cooler you know i have to rep you guys cause your the BEST :wootwoot:

There will not be a heatsheild because it isn't necessary on your car. Dont forget you have a big plate that covers all that.. I can put the logo on the intercooler if you want.

welded k series aluminum pans yes,but how long do they last? Im pretty sure the K series pans have magnesium in it also.

Not bashing just asking questions as this would be good to know for the future.

OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol as long as it does not take away from friday pick up i hope also like to see your emblem one of the main piping ?

We have K series oil pans welded by us since 2002 with no problems. Thanks for your concern but K series oil pans are fine to weld if done correctly.They must be very clean and weld them on as low amps as possible as there full of pits and pockets(like most poor castings)
