Wow.. Some cheap shit right there. My fully built/boosted K in my DC2 cost just over $16k. Should've shopped wherever you do. Oh well. My axles were $1500.

Yes an ITR head would flow better than a GSR, but port GSR head and it would flow better up top than the ITR head. Stock b16 vs. stock GSR, you won't notice the flow difference in your car.
2 cfms dont make much of a difference on small displacement engines.BUT, You know you'd probably get better results from gsr head has square combustion chambers bumping compression slightly over the other 2.
B16/type r: Open Pocket Combustion chamber
GSR: Quench area Pocket Combustion chamber
I say square ported GSR > ITR head..
jus sayin' thats just me though.
