Idle problem
I have a 1996 Honda Civic EX I just put a new motor in my car and replaced the IACV it's brand new tried 2 new ones and my old one it goes from 1000 to 2000 rpms drives me crazy had 2 people look at it and they said they don't know what it could be can someone help please
