b16a sir 2 head gasket leak... HELP!!
i have a jdm b16a sir2 motor
1st. the leak is coming from the left side of the motor, oil seeps out under the vtec solenoid like out of the block and head..
2nd. the car never over heats, oil color is normal, and doesnt run any different.
3rd. it smokes a little bit when i first start it and accelerate (white smoke)
im almost thinking the head wasnt torqued down properly. could this be my problem? or is my head gasket about to blow completely.
the motor was oem rebuilt probably 1,500 miles ago.
and if anyone has the torque pattern could you please post it..
any help will be greatly appreciated since this is my daily driver im stuck without a car.

You torque the head from the middle out and criss cross style.
Does it blow smoke until it warms up or just when you start it up?

If you got a torque wrench you can see if you can tighten it evenly, don't do much if its already at spec torque though.
Or you can change it with a new HG and make sure its tightened right
