Please help-idle issue on my new turbo build obd2a 1996 honda civic-please help

HERE IS MY BUILD
STOCK-D16Y7
MANIFOLD-RAM HORN
TURBO-T3-T4
DOWN PIPE-2.5
PIPING-2.5'
MAP-STOCK
WASTEGATE-38MM
BOOST RANGE-10LBS-I HAVE A FEW LEAKS .I AM WORKING ON FIXING THEM.
JOHN VEGA BRAND NEW OBD2A CONVERSION HARNESS
BRAND NEW 525 CC INJECTORS-PRECISION-HIGH IMP.
B.M REGULATOR
WALBRO 255 FUEL PUMP
JOHN VEGA OBD1 CHIPPED ECU ,I BOUGHT THIS FROM HIS WEBSITE .
I bought harness and ecu chipped from his website.
Since I plugged it in with new PRECISION injectors n pig tail n WALBRO fuel pump.The car surges from 1k to 3k.If I unplug the sensor under throttle body where coolant runs through the idle holds at 15 to 1700 with a fast surge vroom vroom real fast n drive n pulls boost. please help me I spent good money to chip ecu and all mods to make sure my car was setup right.Now it idles like dog shit y ?? After all mods ,I unplugged vegas ecu and plugged in stock ecu,and I adjusted fuel preasure and the. car held a nice idle,but obviously wouldnt rev.due to over kill on fuel.
Not saying his ecu is bad ,I need to find out why when his ecu is plugged my idle is all f.... up PLEASE HELP..
HE SENT ME A PAPER STATING ON ALL OBD2 CARS .I SHOULD UNPLUG EVAP PURGE SELANOID WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ,AND WHERE IS IT.
