I need Help ASAP

I have a d15b2 with a d16a6 head. I just finished my rebuild on the engine and it seems to not be running like it should. I have the right ecu which is the pm6 and i have multi-port fuel injection. Now I'm wondering why...when i try to accelerate it doesn't accelerate like it should. I've made sure timing is right and distributor as well.
If anyone can help i'd really appreciate it.

Did you do anything besides a rebuild?

How many oxygen sensors does it have?

I has only one o2 sensor which is at the down pipe of the exhaust and not at the top of the manifold where the original spot was. Since i've done a few conversions to it like the 4-2-1 exhaust headers and d16a6 head with d16z6 intake
