Hey Tr, my trying to build my Crx...I bought it from some kid at work who had it and flat out beat the hell out of this thing, I mean spun bearings, thrown rods, crappy relocated battery job(lik right behind the passanger seat). I'm in te middle of trying to get a new motor for it, so I figured ill check the ecu out so I can match a motor to it well...the car has a d16y7 with a vtec head and the car its sef isn't setup for vtec(non vtec harness) so they hard wired it from the solenoid to the ecu, I decided to check out the ecu today when I got home from work and the ecu numbers read "37820-p75-a51" now I looked it up on hondata and their saying its from a Ls integra so to make sure I googled it and everything that pops up says acura integra...now my question, how in the hell does that work a b18 ls dohc ecu on a sohc d16y7 with a vtec head....if someone can help even a little bit I would appreciate it thank you

 

it probably got it started and if it did run it ran like shit dohc base maps on a sohc diffrent fuel curves and timing curves guessing it spun a rod due to oil drenched in gas no protection at all ort they just beat the shit out of it
