b16a on b20b bottom end...Help

If you are going to use the B16 water pump, then you have to use a B18C timing belt. The B16 belt will be too short. You will also have to use B18C head bolts or studs, whichever you chose. You can get Neal to tune your car, but you will need S300. As far as I know, he'll be at IFO, but he won't tune it there.
EDIT: Don't expect to get more than 7500 RPM out of that combination without building the bottom end.

Should be able to rev a little higher and still make power depending if your head is built or not, not anything too much unless you are sleeved the stock b20 walls are somewhat thin and weak compared to an LS block wall.
