I'm sorry but I can't understand what you are talking about with the way you have written it.
Are you saying you mated the engine with the transmission, installed it in the car, and now you think the fly wheel is not moving?

Does the motor spin freely? Did it spin freely before you bolted the transmission to it? If the transmission was taken apart and not put back together correctly the transmission input shaft will NOT turn.

Yeah it spind freely b4 I bolted every thing together..I havnt tryd movin the crankshaft while tranny bolted on so I'm not sure..

check the fluid in your tranny, unscrew the tranny bolt real slow and if fluid starts to ease out when you get to the last thread then it has fluid, if not then remove the bolt and see if theres any in there at all. I believe this will lock up a tranny pretty quick like
