Default can anyone name this part? leaking coolant/water under this part

car is a 93 acura integra. part is between the distributor and the first fuel injector (passenger side)

like what the title says. finally found my leak after careful inspection.
not sure what this is and if i have to replace the whole part or take it apart and replace some o-rings/rubber seals.

under the small circle is where i found the stagnant water sitting on top of the neck of this part

cant really see it clearly since my phone only has 2mp. but the red circle shows where the stagnant water is. it drips right around this area.
