Default cel codes p0170 and p0171 on 98 Civic Ex

I googled the cel codes and there was a lot of different ideas on what was wrong. The car is shifting weird, not quite like the trans is slipping just kinda seems like its not sure it wants to shift. When the rain stops a little I'm going to hit the maf with contact cleaner to see if that works. Just wondering if anyone has a better solution.

Clogged fuel filter?

Measure the fuel pressure and check the primary O2 sensor.
