the headlights are seriously dim...ive owned som egs and teggys in the past and have never had this issue
>i turn on the head lights and one turns on... then in like 2 secs the other one does and their extremely dim.
also my driver blinker blinks very rapidly but my pass side blinks at a normal pace..

have you checked if they have correct size fuses for the head lights? Also check the head light plugs.

The contacts on your combination switch are the problem. Easy fix.
Fix your EG Lightswitch

All the same

Sounds like one of your blinker bulbs are blown. they are designed to blink faster as a warning to you if its blown. also your car is old the wires to your headlights have probably seen better days. check it with a voltmeter to make sure the correct power is running through them and if your lights are that dim just buy a set of H.I.D.s the ballast does all the work and will guarantee your lights will be brighter. only do this once you know your wires aren't the culprit. g/l
