90 Civic Dx Crank Pulley bolt help!!!!

i cannot for the life of me get this damn bolt off ive tried hitting it with my impact gun bumping it with my starter and a huge breaker bar and nothing at all. Anyone got idea or wanna knock this out ill give someone 20 bucks to just take it off !

This happen to me b4 heat the bolt up with like a small torch the heat will expand the bolt then hit it with the impact gun

does anyone know if there is a trick to getting the actual pulley off afterwards i cant seem to break it free
