Thanks for the help everyone, it turns out there was a rubber hose that came off my intake manifold and disappeared below the motor that was cut. After replacing the hose, check engine light disappeared and my car is running like a champ. Apparently there has been a big problem with ferrets getting into peoples motors and chewing things up at night. J99jm I hope all goes well with your problem.
