Yes, that's the Bi$imoto 2.4 cam.

Stock RODS will hold about 220whp on a typical build, before they bend/break.
A non-typical build where your making 180wtq @ 3000rpm bent every rod in the block.
Stock pistons may actually hold quite a bit more than that, but are senstive to detonation.
Stock head/cam is good to maybe 400whp, but you will be stuck at the stock revlimit.

PSI frankly does not mean shit. It's about how much power (well, actually torque, me thinks) a motor can handle.
Too high a RPM and you snap rod bolts. Too much cylinder pressure and you bend rods/break pistons/blow headgasket.

thanks for the input, i want to use an after market cam, im not worried about the bottom end at all, but if you were to change any part of the valvetrain in the head to handle stg.1 or 2 cam would it be the valves or valve springs? i could do both but fully building a head is $$$$$

Depends on the cam.
Stock block? Have the head ported by a GOOD porter and invest in a better (BB) turbo/manifold combo.

There's PLENTY of other cams out there.
Crane, Comp cams, Zex, Bisimoto, Web, there's others that I'm forgetting.

There's no reason you need to go with a Blox cam.
D-series.org if your serious about boost.

no no it was not aimed to you,im just enjoying the fact that people trust cast pistons when they want to build a turbo motor, just funny how people cheap out on the most important part..i would reather have a cheap ass cam or off brand valve springs then risk my short block..but that is just me i have seen to many i guess

Vitaras get the job done, and it's been shown they hold up to abuse (and alot of it!).
Not to mention they are a fair bit stronger than your average piston.
Why pay more money for the same performance?

Gotta remember us d-series guys are cheap.
