The cheapest build is vitara pistons and I can't remember which I beam rods it is tuner toys i think? Just because that is the 'cheapest' doesn't mean it isnt good. It can handle 500whp all day. This will run you under a grand and then you just needs a engine rebuild kit with all the gaskets plus someone like flatrex to do the labor. Check on prices, since its been a long time since i have looked into boosting a d16.
