How much do you think a shop would charge to do an engine and turbo build?

That's kinda vague. You want just labor. Or total build cost including parts. I can do it at my shop but I would want to sit down and figure out a plan for your car before throwing out a number.

This is a good idea, but most people are against D series. You can build one that will whoop up on some b series and have money left over for not spending money on the swap.
