I didnt mean to sounds funny or cool but it just seems like your always having problems. Then it gets stolen. Then you get another car and have more problems.

 

Try the distributor? That would be my next choice.

 

distributor....try a vtec ECU meant for ur car....just cuz its a b16 ecu or mapped to a b16 doesnt mean its a good base map or the ecu is good....just swap a known working one.


also it really sounds like a timing issue/distributor related problem.


make sure you got the plug wires going to the correct locations

 

check ecu, check ur comperssion, if everything is good that means its off timing, cause mines did that it was off timing by 4 marks

 

You have too many variables to troubleshoot and diagnose on the interwebz. Changing parts randomly till you hit it is too costly. Bite the bullet and take it to a PRO

BoOstedracerdad- thanx. I went with common things like fuel pump and cat and replaced both and guess what rang car runs perfect and pulls like it supposed to.

And rang no one asked u to click on this link. "all" the things u gave me advice or some shit on has always been wrong. Thanks anyway.

 

And secondz I've never had good luck with cars. Some of my problems were learning experiences and won't be made again. I finally built a 200 all motor hatch with fresh paint running perfect and they snatch it. It's life and once again bad luck. Now in another car that I bought for 3200. 2000gsr with 70k miles. Had a oil problem and just wanted other thoughts of what it might be. I had my fuel pump and cat ordered before i made this thread.
