Default b16 head build question

I'm building an ls block/ b16a head n/a all motor setup, I had an choice from skunk 2 stage 2 n/a cams or skunk 2 type r cams. Which would be best to run all motor set up? Also, if I got the type r cams, would the cams fit right in? And do I have to upgrade any head internals for this setup to run perfectly?
Sorry for all the noob questions x) Thanks

Also whats the difference from pro series and tuner series in the skunk2 camshafts?
Whats the difference from stage 1 to stage 2 and so on?
Skunk2 Tuner Series Camshafts Stage 2 Honda Civic Si B16 99-00
skunk2 tuner stage 2
Skunk2 Pro Series Camshafts Stage 2+ Honda Civic Si B16 99-00
skunk2 pro stage 2
Skunk2 Pro Series Camshafts Stage 2+ Acura Integra Type R B18C5 97-01
skunk2 pro type r stage 2

Thanks

you need to upgrade your springs and retainers if you plan on running the car with a more aggressive cam, its just going to be a matter of time before you drop a valve. one of the best street cams i have ever run was the buddy club spec 3+ cams.

Does the type r cam fit into the b16 head? is the buddy club better then skunk2 stage 2 cams and type r cams? What would you recommend?

the type r cam is ok, i wouldn't opt to run it tho. it depends on what compression ratio you are running. you can't just buy a big cam and expect to make big power. buying a cam depends on your setup. is your head ported, where do you want your powerband, how big is your exhaust, what header are you running, what is your compression ratio?

Im building an engine with b18b1 block with je forged piston 11.75:1 compression ratio, manley forged rods, and scat forged crankshaft. My head is completely stock, but I will probably upgrade the valves and springs and retainers to run the camshaft properly right?
