h22 shifter cable problem

Default h22 shifter cable problem

problem is i cant get into reverse and now even the other gears are givin me trouble but reverse just dont go in. and the one other time i actually got in reverse it got jamed and wouldnt shift anywhere so i bought some nice cables and still the same HELP!!!!

might be the tranny or the way the cables are mounted could be rubbing on something

Possible causes:

cables not secure at shifter
cables not secure at tranny
bad clutch disc/pressure plate
bad hydraulics
bad tranny

check them off until you find your issue. GL with the fix

thanx guyz i got new cables and re ran them so they wouldnt bind up on anything all my cables are secure and now i hall all 5 gears but no reverse!!!!
Now what do i do?

Are you sure the tranny is good ?

ye3ah it was fine before. but what are the odds its my hydraulics?
should i be able to put the car in all gears without pushing in the clutch with ease.
