If its not the main relay, then its the fuse that kicks it on..IE #14. I figured you had checked the relay.

well check the thermostat grounds, and any other ones while your at it honda's a finicky

If the thermo ground was loose enough to not kick on the relay would buzz like mad. And your gauges would be all screwed up, run like ass, etc.
