Default Engine feels like its missing, chugs under load...

Friday I had gone in the engine bay with a engine cleaner, large brush, and a hose to clean up the engine bay. I cleaned pretty much everything.

I get back in the car, and it took a little long then usual to start up, then once it did start it ran like shit, would hardly idle. I popped the hood and noticed that I acidently unplugged a spark plug wire. I hook it back up and it idled better. Thought I fixxed it.... I was wrong.

So now, after not driving the car for over 24 hours, I drive home and I noticed that when the car is under somewhat heavy load (like doing 30mph in 4th gear, and flooring it) the motor chugs, almost like the car is bucking...

It does this in any gear under load, or around full throttle. BUT if I keep the rpm's up and the car moving fast, it drives fine.

It never didi this before. What is it? I need it fixxed asap.

Years of offroad experiance told me water in the cap, I didn't have the time to pull it off, but I figured 24 hours would be enough time to clear it out, expecialy after getting the car to full temp 3 times.

I had also checked if there was water sitting by the plugs and there weas none, and the conections were dry too.

No CEL.

SOOO

I pulled the cap, no signs of water being in it, all the points looked decent but I cleaned them real quick with 800 grit sangpaper, and the rotor on the dizzy looked decent as well. There was just a tad bit of surface rust that came off with the wipe of a rag.

All the wire connections are good, and there is no water in any of the plug holes.

I tooked her out again, and once to full temp, under load its still there. Maybe not as bad but its still there. I slowed down to 40 in fith gear and floored it, and every now and then it had a couple chugs. Feels like it looses all power for a split second. Untill I get over a decent RPM and there isn't much load on the motor, then it clears.

What could it be?
