Probably the TPS. If it works and it's still throwing the code try resetting the ECU.

when we checked i replaced it then it came back on, then i replaced the sensor again it it was still on so idk... i only checked the codes once but changed it twice... theres no effects on the car tho... im gonna check the codes again this weekend

If the TPS is bad you would know , so It's most likely something else causing the CEL.
