Angry OMG-my sh*t still wont fire

well most u know the prob wit my motor. well i went after all my problems and got new rings, dropped head off at machine shop. got a valve job, seals, and a resurface. my block came back from the machine shop and i got new rings in it.

I try to start the car and it just cranks non stop. its getting spark and fuel... but the bitch wont turn on.... it wont fire. before i dropped head off at machine shop i lapped the valves. put it on and it wouldnt turn on. check compression and it came back 90-60-90-120. this is the first time im using this compression kit and i dont know if its the right measurement. well anyway got head back from machine shop and threw it back on and another compression test. 60-30-60-60. the head is perfect. got its pressure tested and all. wat the fuck.. new rings and all. wat the fuck. im so fustrated and got no more damn money. wat the fuck

any input will help. car isnt driveable....as it wont FUCKING turn on. anyone got like a portable leakdown tester? lol. this is so gay. i wanna just blow my crap up.

Because youve pulled the head off and changed the timing?

Your right the rings havent seated yet. Have you tried a small amount of ether? Maybe just a quick bump will get it going but those numbers should still be pretty even across, if not low.

wats ether? never heard about that before. Would each cylinder seat when they are ready. not like all at the same time. I mean when i ran it the first time or tried to run it that one low cylinder could of had the worst vavle seats. so it stayed low. ...

sure the valve seats dont need to seal to the valves, ie lapping them correctly, what machine shop did the work?

my lag is your courtesy head start

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

this was on honda-tech.com...
per the evans tuning checklist:
8:1-8.5:1 compression: 150-170 psi per cylinder
8.5:1~9.5:1 compression: 170-210 psi per cylinder
9.5:1~11:1 compression: 210-275 psi per cylinder
11:1+ compression: 250+ per cylinder
