What Ecu to use to convert obd2 to 1

What ecu do I use to convert an obd2 Prelude to obd1 or can I use a 93-96 lude vtec ecu?

you need an odb2 to obd1 conversion harness as well as an obd1 ecu.

p72 gsr 94-95 ecu wich seems to work better from people i have talked to.
