V-Tech converstion Question??

Hey whats up everyone? I have a 94 RS integra non-vtech 5-speed. I am looking to get the most HP out of my engine. I was told that it would be best if i got a V-Tech converstion. What exactly is a V-Tech conversion? Would it just be replacing the heads or what? Anyone know where I can find one and how much?? thanks

either running a b-series vtech<<<<< head or just gettin the whole swap like a b18c1/5. for the head swap its a little more riskay. but now how been perfected. all you need to do >basicly< and i say basiclly. is run external vtec oil feed line to the head from the oil pressure sendor or the oil pump like the z10 mod. but the z10 mod is used with unfiltered oil. no biggie but just keep it in mind. then you need to plug the stock vtec oil gallery because you will be running a external line. but yeah just basiclly look it up on the net theree are 10000000 honda sites.
